Experiential education is one of the major components of the Job Corps program. Our Work-Based Learning program offers valuable on-the-job training for our students. Also, we recognize that helping with various community projects is an important goal of any educational process. Our students at MCDC have the opportunity both to learn in real-life situations and give back to the community.
