What will I learn?
In this program you are taught the proper use and care of hand tools, tool room procedures, shop maintenance and safety. You are provided instruction on electrical systems, engines, fuel systems, hydraulic systems, clutches, transmissions and final drives. You will receive classroom training as well as hands-on experience since it is your job to repair the equipment used by the Heavy Equipment Operator class.
