During Career Development, you will develop competencies in your chosen career areas, and earn a GED or a high school diploma through the High School Diploma Program. You will also continue to practice and develop employability skills that will make you successful on the job (see also the Work-Based Learning section). Your Career Development manager will work closely with you and your instructors to ensure you are progressing toward achieving your goals.
